Good Morning,
For some reason our Events are not showing on our event calendar. I have checked the short code to make sure it is correct, and it is. May you please advise.

May I ask can you post a link to the calendar page where the events are not displayed so we can investigate?

Hi again,
The reason the events are not showing is because that site has the Event Espresso 3 calendar plugin installed. The Event Espresso 3 calendar plugin will only display events for Event Espresso 3. Your site has Event Espresso 4 and needs to use corresponding the Event Espresso 4 calendar plugin. You can download the Event Espresso 4 calendar plugin by heading over to your account page, then click on the “EE4” tab under downloads, then click on the download link next to “EE4 Events Calendar Add-on v3.2.11.p”. Then you’ll install the plugin by following this guide:

Please be sure to remove the Event Espresso 3 calendar plugin before you install the Event Espresso 4 calendar plugin.
