Events Not Showing in Calendar

I have tried in numerous ways changing the events, but they are not showing at all. In the admin, it shows the following message:

Please be advised that this event has been published and is open for registrations on your website. If you update any registration-related details…

Hi Andres,

Event Espresso 4 is currently not compatible with any Event Espresso 3 add ons. The developers have started updating them but this will take some time:

Well that does not solve my problem.

How can you advertise a product as if it includes the calendar when in reality it does not? Why are you selling an incomplete product? It feels horrible. I have hard deadlines to make this thing work or then I have got to find a different solution.

How can I get Event Espresso 3 for a discount?

Sorry for the confusion, we aren’t advertising that there’s a calendar for Event Espresso 4 yet. We will once the calendar is available.

If you’d like to request a discount for Event Espresso 3, please contact the sales team by sending an email to sales@eventespresso.com.

I sent your team of the screenshot of the confusing/misleading design. I do believe it is not intentional, but it leaves room for misunderstanding.

Anyhow, I just purchased EE3 and I cannot download it because the purchase process requires me to register a new account and then it says that the username/email is already in use.

Any help downloading EE3 that I just purchased would be very much appreciated.

Lol now Talk to me about bad sales customer experience!

Paid for immediate downloadable product but yet i have to contact sales begging to please consider me sending the product i just purchased and have not been able to use. But even that seems like mission impossible… Lol

I really need this to work by next week, i guess i might have to increase urgency through customer reviews and social media then since i have no other choice of communicating to sales/customer support. All because if misleading information getting me to buy two products (one of them being just a teaser “just kidding”) and a faulty checkout process (not my fault) Ridiculous!!

I just bought EE4 as well. No calendar?? How in the world can you have an event manager with no calendar? You cant use google or Icalendar either? It puts everything in a blended row so people have to scroll through listing after listing, gawd this is horrible!

I think I need EE3 as well so I can get the calendar

Hi Jesse,

We have tried to make it as clear as possible that EE4 is in an open Beta and that there are no add ons currently available for it (we are working incredibly hard right now to get the core product stable and to get addons released).

Please note that EE3 addons are not compatible with EE4.

I can’t believe I waited 24 hrs for your reply for you to tell me what I already know at this point. This answer is already in the above post.
