Events not expiring

I have 2 events that are still listed as active even though the Sell Until Date has passed. It’s listed on my event listing as “sold out” rather than expiring off of the list. Please advise.

Hi there,

Expired events are events with all datetimes event end dates in the past.

So what are the datetime dates set as on those 2 events?

Ok, so it will show up based on the date time, and not the sell until field? I was under the impression that if the sell until was last friday, that it wouldn’t display on the event listing.

Yeah it uses the datetime, datetimes are ‘instances’ of an event so if there’s a valid datetime the event continues to display.

The ticket sell until values tell EE when a specific ticket should no longer be available for sale and don’t expire an event.
