We have several events that are showing ‘reserved’ and as a result the event is being sold out
But we have no registration details of the ‘reservation’…
As a result, the event is sold out, but we have no registration attached to it…
I am also unsure of how to make that event available again…
When a user selects a ticket and submits the selection, the ticket is placed on reserve for the duration of their ‘session’, which by default is 1 hour. After that, there is a cron job that kicks in and any tickets that are reserved but linked to an ‘expired’ session, should be released and the event switch back to be available for sale.
So, may I ask, how long have those events be seen set to sold out?
Do you only have a single space on your events? Can you add a screenshot of the ‘Event Ticket & Datetimes’ section for one of these events so I can copy the setup?
Thanks for the reply… the event is still showing as reserved so has been at least 48 hours…
We have only 1 ticket available for event.
Have screen shot and struggling to work out how to send it…
