Hi,

I just uninstalled Event Espresso and cleaned all tables, but I can still access my Events Archive link. I have also flushed all permalink.

http://theinnerplace.websitepreview.com.au/courses/

This link should be a page, but it’s still linked to my previous Event Espresso.

How can I delete this Archive permalink to be able to have my page instead which has the same name?

Regards,
Patrice

Hi Patrice,

Disabling/uninstalling EE and flushing permalinks ‘releases’ the events slug (in your case it looks like that was set to /courses/) and would normally allow the page with the same slug to display.

However your /courses/ URL is currently listing a archive of post from the events plugin you currently have installed on the site.

See how the post type for mec events is shown here – http://take.ms/Knq2s

That’s not the EE post type anymore, it’s the MEC events that should be listed. You can confirm this by temporarily disabling that plugin, flushing the permalinks and visiting the URL, it should show your ‘courses’ page then.

Hi Tony,

Sorry about that. I have noticed it later only. Thank for your prompt answer.

Patrice
