On my site http://www.lernen-im-quartier.ch I use the status “Not approved”, which allows people to sign up for courses without any payment options (they are billed later). In the [EVENT-LIST] section of the Administrator context of the “Not approved Registration” message template I include the line “So far [EVENT_TOTAL_SPOTS_TAKEN] of [EVENT_TOTAL_AVAILABLE_SPACES_*] places are taken.” But in the message confirming a registration, it always says “So far 0 of 12 places are taken.” How can I get it to show the number of not approved registrations?

Hi Grey Owl,
The [EVENT_TOTAL_SPOTS_TAKEN] shortcode counts only registrations that have the Registration Approved status. This is because Not Approved registrations do not secure a spot. Currently there isn’t a shortcode that shows the total number of not approved registrations.
