Hi

I’d like to copy Staff associated with an event on any automated emails but I can’t seem to find an option to send to staff. I assume it’s something like [EVENT_STAFF_EMAIL] but just wanted confirmation. Please can you advise.

Hi,

I’m afraid there isn’t a staff email shortcode. What you could do is create a custom message template for the event, and include the email addresses in the CC field for that event’s email template.
