[EVENT_FACEBOOK_URL] Not working

The [EVENT_FACEBOOK_URL] as a custom code is not pulling the link from the custom code string.

Hi Imran,

May I ask what do you have input for the meta key in the event for the facebook_url meta key/value pair?

I’m afraid that’s not the correct meta key. The custom field key should be event_facebook. If you click on the help tab of the message template editor, then click on Message Shortcodes, it has all the documentation for each of the shortcodes.
