[EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] is picking up primary contact email

I am wanting to copy the author in the payment confirmation email. I’ve used the [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] shortcode but when the email is sent – the primary contact email is being cc’d and not the author. Any idea’s why this is?

Hi there,

Can you add a screenshot of the page you added the [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] shortcode to please? It shouldn’t be using the primary contact email for that shortcode.
