Hi there,
We were unable to reproduce this and the user didn’t respond to Josh’s question so no fix as we don’t know the cause.
Can you let me know which version number of WordPress is the site currently using?
When viewing the admin event list, if you view the page source can you see the event titles there?

I believe it’s 4.9 but can’t guarantee that!
Re admin list; not sure what you mean about “page source.” Here is what I get when I go to screen view (not event title not an option):
… well; not screen shot 🙁 Again, don’t know what you mean by page source?

You can follow this guide that shows how to view the page’s source code:

Along with that, you can rule out a plugin or theme conflict that may be causing the event title to not be displayed, by following this guide:
