We currently have 4 or 5 events going on right now accepting registration. When running a report in PayPal, some of these completed transactions for said events are appearing in PayPal with “Shopping Cart” as the item title, instead of the event title, as it is for the other successful transactions. This is something that started recently (last 30 days). It’s not happening to any one specific event, so I can’t determine what the pattern is.
Any ideas on this? We have our big event coming up this summer (expecting roughly 3k + registrants), so we’re really hoping to get this sorted out ASAP, or it’s going to make reporting a nightmare.
Can you post a link to one of the events where this is happening so we can investigate further?
