Seminarios Imagen just migrated from EE3 to EE4. At the moment, our web master is confronting problems because the “Event Tickets & Datetimes” does not deploy. He can see the section but the drop down options do not display.
Also, the status of the just published event displays as “Sold Out” and the web master is unable to change that.
Here Seminarios Imagen Account’s Info and link to a snapshot of the problem.

Hi there,

I’m sorry you are having trouble.

Did the migration script run successfully? Or did it time out?

Yes, the migration process was completed successfully.

Hi, I think this may be a conflict with another plugin. Does the issue disappear when only Event Espresso is running?

Good afternoon Lorenzo and Jonathan. We will be running a troubleshoot at midnight to make sure there is no conflict with another plugin. In order to do this, Seminarios Imagen’s website must be taken down and reloaded, that is why the process will be done at midnight. Will there be support available at that time if needed?

Hi Ivis,

Midnight in which timezone? We have staff in various time zones and often run odd hours, so a support staff member might be available, but it’s not something we can generally guarantee as the support staff have other duties aside from general support.

Thank you Dean. The troubleshoot took place and the results show that there is a problem / conflict inside Event Espresso. The whole module was published separate from Seminarios Imagen’s site and current THEME changed to WP Twenty Fourteen. Still we have he same problem.

And disabling ALL the plugins, just with the Event Espresso Versión 4.6.24.p active, we have the same problem also.

We are currently separating the site from de EE4 module on different subdirectories. If your support team has any options or suggestions on how to eliminate the formr MSQL base and any other trace that de former EE might have left, we will appreciate it.

We will start from scratch and want to make sure that what is migrating is clean.

Thanks.

Hi Ivis,

If you enable WP_DEBUG are there any errors thrown?

Do you have a development copy of the site we can look at?

Hi Ivis,

The problem is due to the date format in use on the site.

With WP_Debug enabled you can see this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘The following date time ’31 May, 2015 11:09 pm’ can not be parsed by PHP due to its formatting.
You may need to choose a more standard date time format. Please check your WordPress Settings.’

EE4 can not use the date format ‘j F, Y’

If you can remove the commad from that formating within Settings -> General the datetimes should load as expected.

However you events are currently drafts, were the events drafts in EE3?
