There is a ticket that is stubborn. It doesnt want to take my changes. The price has changed from $100-$149 but i updated it and no changes.

Hi Cecile,
The page URL you left in the private is not an event, but I do know how to find the event in question on your site now that I have an event ID. With regards to the ticket, which ticket ID are you trying to edit?

OK in this case your event has 17 datetimes with probably the same number of tickets. When a single event has that many datetimes & tickets what you’ll run into is the web server hits a limit related to the number of inputs on the event editor page. Once that limit is hit it will no longer allow making changes to the event.
What you can do is contact your web host and ask them to raise the server’s max_input_vars limit, which is a PHP setting. Usually the limit will be 1000, and if they can raise that limit to 3000 or so you’ll be able to edit that ticket’s price.
