Hey guys! Firstly for some reason the combination of “fl” has disappeared from the events – eg: https://costarica.navina.ca/events/enhanced-training-intensive-current-students/ down in the “posture play” paragraph… it now says “ow” and “uid”… Then I tried to fix that and it wouldn’t update when I hit update on the event… It reloaded but no changes to the text carried through and I see down underneath the text section “last updated Feb 13, 2016…” I then tried to create a new event and couldn’t get the event text to save. The event itself published but not any text within the text field. Also, if on an already published event I click the “visual” tab all the text just disappears and I can’t get back to the “text” tab. I thought this might be the text space in general but when creating a new post on the site it works just fine… Any ideas?? I haven’t deactivated any plugins yet because I have a lot and it would cripple the website until reinstated. So my website is http://www.navina.ca and the theme I’m using was originally called Modern Blogger Pro but I hired some professional designers to customize it. Any help is greatly appreciated! |

Your theme might have some bugs that need fixing. You can workaround the visual editor tab breakage by going to WP > Users > Your Profile and disabling the Visual Editor. The text issue might be from a plugin or a function that’s adding a filter to the_content. Are there any plugins activated on the site that are designed to improve the typography? |

Eep. That doesn’t sound good! Do any of those ring alarm bells? I can try taking a few out at a time… |

Hi Drew, We recently had another user using ‘Popup Maker’, that reported a similar problem. Can you try temporary disabling that plugin and view the EE event again, does it then work? |

Tony! That’s it! Thank you!!!!! |
