Event still inactive when sales begin

We’re on Version 4.9.57.p and have three events that went on sale this morning at 8am. I manually made one active, but the other two events are still listed as inactive. What is happening?

Hi Kris,

While I can’t say for sure what’s happening because I do not have all the facts, this sounds like the kind of thing that would happen if another plugin were to change the site’s timezone.

You can rule out a plugin or theme conflict by installing the Health Check plugin, then go to WP > Dashboard > Heath Check > Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the WP admin bar. At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists?
