Event status shows "Sold Out" unable to change

Hello,
We have an event running active and the event status shows “Sold Out”, I would like to change that to “View details” or shows it as “available.”
Here some details, the event is not sold out, we have the latest EE installed(4.9.38).

Please help.

Hi there,

Are there spaces available on the datetimes within the event?

Are there spaces available on tickets within the event?

Can you take a screenshot of your datetime and ticket section within the eidtor and post them here please:
