Event sold as sold out but one place left

Hi,
I have an event with 3 tickets, one of the tickets has 12 available and is showing as 11 sold, but the ticket is showing as sold out on my site. Any ideas why?

Hi Andrew,

Either there’s a registration in progress that’s reserving the last ticket, or there’s a stuck reservation from a registration that was abandoned. You can clear the stuck reservation by going to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset, then click on the button that says: Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts.
