Event showing booked out but no registration attached to the event

I have an event that has been booked out. 1 ticket is available. Our website shows the event has been sold out (1 ticket purchased) however there is no registration attached to this sold event.

Hi there,

When you say ‘1 ticket purchased’, is that showing in the ‘sold’ value of the datetime and ticket within the event?
