We have an upcoming event that we want our customers to be able to view the details of but the ticket sales are not open yet and the ticket quantity is showing as sold out so we have people thinking that they have missed out when they haven’t.
Is there a way to change the sold out message on the ticket quantity? Even though we have put the ticket details as ‘Registrations Opening soon’ and have listed the on-sale dates which only show when you select ‘details’ people are not seeing this and only seeing the sold out.
It looks like your Ticket Qty field is set to 0 which is basically telling Event Espresso that you have 0 tickets remaining and the waitlist logic is kicking in.
Set the Ticket Qty field to something other than 0 and it should then show the ticket as pending rather than sold out 🙂
