Event showing as book when transaction not completted

Hi there,
How long will the event show as booked in the calendar when a registration is not completed? And is there a setting in the back end to control that? Or can we just set it to show as booked when it is actually paid for?

Hi Kerstin,

If I understand your question, then what you’re seeing is the ticket reservation in effect. The registrant is given about an hour to pay before their reservation gets removed and the ticket goes back into the inventory.
