Hi
I have inserted this Event Search short code (http://www.questuk.co.uk/workshops/) but is there a way to show the Event description rather than just the Name, date and time

Hi Francis,
[EVENT_SEARCH] uses the event_list template to display the events (same as [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] and [EVENT_LIST])
There is an option to display the event descriptions under Event Espresso -> Template Settings. Set ‘Display short descriptions in the event listings?’ to Yes and save the settings.
Refresh the search results and you should see the event description. You’ll need to use the More… tag within the description to stop the text at that point.
To note, the descriptions will no be visible in any place the the above shortcodes are used, for example http://www.questuk.co.uk/event-registration/
