Hi, I want to continue a discussion from a closed topic. We were able to discover where the problem was with registrations not going through. Our .com and our .org go to the same sight but they don’t have the same script. We cleared it up, but still have the “sold out” issue that needs clearing up. Can you guys help us clear that out?
In the earlier discussion we asked if you could update the current version of Event Espresso. If you have not already updated to Event Espresso version 4.9.35.p and Multi Event Registration version 2.0.12.p, please update to those versions now. Then, after you update, you’ll go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset, and you’ll click on the button that says:
Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts
When you click on that button, it will clear out the prematurely sold out tickets, and the new updated versions will prevent future sell outs.
