We have discovered that many users show duplicate registrations + payments although in fact they have not registered or paid twice which makes the back-end management confusion.
Is this a bug in Event Expresso? What would cause this to occur?
When we check the actual event the user registered for, we only see a single record of registration plus payment.
But the screenshot posted above in the link shows duplication.
The screenshot you shared looks unfamiliar to me, it does not look like the list that’s generated by the WP User Integration add-on. Here’s a screenshot of an example of that list:
Former developer modified – it’s been fixed by new developer.
