I was wondering if there has been any update on the ability to download Event Registrations CSV Report for specific event date / times. It seems that the csv download shows all attendees of a class for all dates when we only want to download those from a specific event date/time. Can you please cc: rob@ancell.ca in your reply?

Hi there,

You can get a CSV report for a specific date time by following these steps:
1) You go to Event Espresso > Registrations > Event Check-In
2) Before the table: Select an event then click the Filter button
3) Before the table: Select a datetime then click the Filter button
4) After the table: Click on the Filtered CSV Report button

Hi Josh

Followed your instructions exactly and it still gives out the report with all registrations. Not filtered. Can you please include rob@ancell.ca in your reply?

May I ask does the Check in list on the website also show all registrations or is that one correctly filtered?

It only showed filtered registrations, of which there were only four.

OK I checked your site and it’s running EE 4.9.22.p

The Filtered CSV Report button was added in 4.9.24.p

You can update to the current version of Event Espresso then you’ll be able to use this Filtered CSV Report feature.

Ah perfect. We’ve already been working on the core updates and EE has been updated on our demo which will migrate to live soon.

Thanks for the clarification.
