Event registration not showing

I have a candidate who has booked tow spaces onto a course. I received two registration confirmation details but the registration does not appear on the registrations page.

Hi there,

This is using EE4, correct?

If you have received the confirmation emails you should have the ‘Registration code’ for those registrations. If you copy that and go to:

Event Espresso -> Registrations

Then search using that reg code you copy in the email – http://take.ms/4sOGu

Does it show any registrations?
