event registration link goes to home page after update to 4.9.79.p

An existing event with prior registrations no longer points to the EE registration page. If I cut and paste the shortlink it also doesn’t work nor does directly clicking the permalink.

Hi,

The site’s rewrite rules may need to be refreshed. You can refresh those by visiting the WP > Settings > Permalinks page. Simply visiting that page will reset the permalinks to ensure any custom post types (like events) load correctly.
