Is it able add attachment image/file on event registration form?

Hi there,

We don’t officially support uploads on the registration form, however, we are aware of a 3rd party add-on that allows for this here:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/files-addon-for-event-espresso-4/

Note that if you run into issues with the above add-on you’ll need to contact the plugin author as we do not provide support for 3rd party add-ons.
