Event Registration Error (2)

We have an event up and running and have been receiving ticket sales, all of a sudden we are receiving the error message “It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page after completing your registration or your cart is empty. Please go to the events page and try again.” This occurs when they are on this page: http://vintagebridemag.com.au/event-registration/?ee=13 and click to purchase tickets.

We havent updated plug ins recently or changed any settings so we are baffled and our event is only a few days ago. Can you please advise how to solve this problem as it’s frustrating to have the system down so close to the event.

Hi Melanie,

I’ve just ran through a registration using Chrome and Firefox without any issue, do you still have problems registering?

Usually when that happens it is due to caching, are you running any caching plugins on the site?
