Event registration emails

I have set the Primary Contact Email in the general settings for the plugin but when someone registers for my event, the registration notification gets sent to a different email address (the one I used to purchase the plugin). How do I fix this?

Hi Jason,

Your support license for Event Espresso does not affect your site settings. It is for support services such as software downloads and access to the support team.

Did you save after updating the email in Event Espresso –> General Settings?

Yep! I have the correct email address saved in those settings.

Hi,

Are you using a plugin like WP SMTP or another plugin that interacts with wp_mail (native mail function in WordPress)?

No, I don’t have any other plugins installed that would have anything to do with email.
