I have set the Primary Contact Email in the general settings for the plugin but when someone registers for my event, the registration notification gets sent to a different email address (the one I used to purchase the plugin). How do I fix this?
Your support license for Event Espresso does not affect your site settings. It is for support services such as software downloads and access to the support team.
Did you save after updating the email in Event Espresso –> General Settings?
To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting.
The submit button for the form appears at the end of the form.
Again, please ensure that the temporary login works.
