Hi,

It has come to my attention that our customers are receiving “Event Registration Details” emails as blank with no text. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Brandon,

You go to Event Espresso > Message Templates and check the templates there. If there are blank templates there, you can reset them and that will restore them to the defaults.
