the registration notification email does not contain all the fields from the registration form – in my case the address and phone number

how do i control which registration form fields are in the email to the event admin person?
Find the Registration Approved message type and click on the ‘Edit Event Admin’ link (See HERE for more info on working with message contexts).
In the ATTENDEE_LIST section, you can add additional shortcodes which will parse specifically for each individual attendee, so for example adding [ADDRESS], [ADDRESS2], [CITY], [ZIP_PC] into that section will parse to the address system questions supplied by each attendee.
The [QUESTION_LIST] shortcode loops over every custom question and outputs whatever is in the QUESTION_LIST section for each question.
