Event Registration CSV Report Not Downloading

We are trying to run this report for an event Speak Hard Youth Conference, but nothing is being generated. I read in some previous forums that there might be issues with the server timing out. How can I check that or how do I need to trouble shoot that? What other information would be helpful to provide? Thanks!!

Hi Katrina,

With new versions of EE4 the server should not be timing out as we pull the information in small ‘batches’, build out the CSV using those batches and then start the download.

Which version of Event Espresso are you using?

How are you triggering the report? Which button are you using?

You say its for a specific event, is that from navigating to Event Espresso -> Events -> {event} -> Registrations?

Finally, what happens when you run the report? Do you see any activity at all?
