Event Registration Confirmation Email

Hi

This may seem like a simple question, however I have been racking my brain trying to find it. I the messages menu item I have about 15 email templates, but none of them control the layout of the email that is sent to the registering consumer. Where is the main Event Registration Email template controlled because my install does not have it under Messages?

Hi there,

The Event Registration email is the ‘Registration Approved’ message type.

Note that each message type can have multiple contexts in which it is used. For example the Registration Approved message you can to the Event Admin, will likely be different from the Registration Approved message you send to the Registrant. Event Espresso allows you to edit each of those contexts independently.

You can either switch to a different context using the dropdown at the top of the editor, or open the correct context to edit by clicking on that context in the messages list.
