Hi EE support team,
When an event receipt is sent, it has a number of “image not found” error messages, with just the URL’s.
For example:
“Image not found” errors.
Event Name:
https://cccnz.club/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/templates/global_assets/images/calendar_year-24×24.png
The same messages also occur in the PDF for:
Venue Location:

Oh, I meant to say that the online receipt in user’s browsers displays the images correctly.

Hi Chris,
The PDF’s are generated using DOMPDF which requires allow_url_fopen to be enabled on your server for the images to work.
So can you check with your host if they have that option disabled please?
