Having an issue where my site, incommandri.com, is mobile/responsive friendly except for the EE event pages. These pages do not scale/adapt like the rest of the site.

Are you referring to https://www.incommandri.com/events/ It seems the sidebar CSS affecting it.
can you go to your Additional CSS and add this?
@media only screen and (max-width: 800px) {
.content{
float: none!important;
}
}
You can do that in by going to your WP dashboard. Click Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
If you’re referring to different page, please let me know.
