Hi, You could check your server’s PHP error log, the page is returning a 500 internal server error: https://slack-files.com/T02SY781D-FKZCUPW12-b0083c507f If you don’t have/can’t find the PHP error log, you can configure WordPress to log the error by following the information given here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug |

I just submitted a trouble ticket (token purchase). Our registrations are a big deal and need to figure out before weekend. |

Hi Troy, We received your priority support request. It looks like one problem is there are a whole bunch of WooCommerce Extensions activated, but WooCommerce is deactivated. Do you intend to no longer use WooCommerce? If so, you’ll also need to deactivate all WooCommerce extensions and any other code snippets that require WooCommerce. Otherwise, WooCommerce needs to be reactivated. Also this error is logged: We can try to bump the amount of memory available, but that may require your host raising the limit. |
|
My programmer is also trying to figure it out. I didn’t think Woocommerce had anything to do with EE so I told him to temp deactivate to eliminate that as an issue. |

He is taking a hands off. He had a question though – What version of PHP do you recommend? |
|
Temporarily deactivating WooCommerce without deactivating the WooCommerce extensions can cause more issues, like this fatal error:
I did bump the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 512MB and the registration page loads now. Here’s a screenshot: |

The current version, which is PHP 7.3 at the moment. |
