If you can see it in the WP Mail Log then Event Espresso corect triggered and sent the email to wp_mail() without any errors.
If you then don’t receive the email after that it’s outside of Event Espresso’s control and likely an issue with the mail server in use.
How do you have your site set up to send emails?
Using your host mail server?
(If you haven’t set anything up such as WP Mail SMTP to send your email through your own mail server such as Gmail, then you’ll be using your host).
Who is your mail provider? If you’re using Gmail then I recommend using the above plugin to send your email through Gmail’s servers and see if that fixes this for you.
We started receiving the emails on Friday evening so hopefully it has been correted
