When I select a ticket and click register for one of our events I get the following error:

Nothing in your Event Queue

You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

I have three upcoming events and this error only shows for a one of them. I do not have any caching plugins installed. I have confirmed this event for multiple browsers with and without caches. I am running the latest EE4.

How do I get rid of this error and allow users to continue to the event?

Hi Ismail Jeilani,

Can you link you support license to your site please.

Just go to your account page copy you support license (not the one ending _FREE)

Then go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and paste the key in the field there, then save the settings.

As you license is currently not assigned to a site I can’t view your events to investigate this, if you assign the key to the site we no longer need to request it for each issue.

If you can provide a link to your event I will take a look.

Within your Dashboard does it mention anything to do with fail WordPress updates? (Usually a red notice at the top of the dashboard)

As a side not, bumping your threads will usually have the opposite effect as we try to answer other threads first, bumping effecting put your thread to the back of the queue as it then has a ‘newer’ update 🙂

I can confirm that I have not had issues with WordPress updates failing.

I have added the correct support license key to my site.

Here is a link to the event: https://www.satifs.com/events/aspiremed-bmat-course/

Hi there Ismail,

Could you go to WordPress Plugins. Then deactivate Event Espresso 4 add any add-ons.

Then please reactivate Event Espresso 4 and its add-ons.

Then please go to WordPress settings –> Permalinks. Afterwards, please leave a reply here so we can take another look.
