We have several events on our website, and the second one on the list does not give a link to go through to booking. It’s not that event, because as one event happened and was removed from the list, and they all moved up, the problem moved to the next one down, still the second one on the list.

Hi there,

Can you link us the event list so we can see this please?

Do you have an active support license? The account your using does not have a license assigned to it, if you have another account with a license please log into that and reply.

The issue is caused by your theme – http://take.ms/KCxIO

The home button overlay is on top of the the EE widget links making the second one un-clickable, you’ll need to contact the theme author or if you purchase a support license we can help you further with this.

That’s funny because it wasn’t like that before, this problem has just arisen. How much would a support license be? we’re a charity on a very limited budget

I don’t know if we have an active support license -I didn’t set this site up. I thought we did. The guy who set it up is away and not contactable at the moment.

The support licenses are listed here:

https://eventespresso.com/pricing/

The EE4 Personal License which does not include any of the add-on’s is $69.95 for 1 years support and updates, however as you are a charity you can apply here:

https://eventespresso.com/contact/non-profit-discounts/

For out non-profit discount.

One option is to simply hide the overlay until the person familiar with the site can investigate further. To do that you’ll need use some custom CSS:

.execphpwidget h1.title_overlay {
    display: none;
}

You can add that using a plugin such as My Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder.

The add the above custom styles to that plugin to remove the header link so the EE widget can work.
