Event Not Being Able To Add additional Tickets from same person

Hi

I want people to be able to go back into an event and add additional tickets. It used to work, now if someone tries to do this using the same email address, it wont move forward to payment. Please can you advise

Which version of Event Espresso are you using please?

Are there any errors message shown?

Event Espresso 4, no error messages the dial just goes round and brings you back to the same page.
