Event not appearing on calendar

I’ve updated this record – http://www.tothepointe.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=events&action=edit&event_id=14

But, it isn’t appearing on the calendar – http://www.tothepointe.com/calendar/

Any ideas?

Hi,

We can’t access events from the dashboard without login details.

Can you check the calendar shortcode, is it for specific categories only? If so does that event belong to that category?

Hi Nina,

I looked at your site. I think that updating to the latest version of EE and the Calendar may fix that issue. Also, the event that is not showing has a start date in the past. The EE calendar considers events with start dates in the past as expired events, and the default settings do not show expired events on the calendar. You can use this parameter within the shortcode, and it will show those events: show_expired=”true”.

Also, you can add this gist to your theme’s function.php file instead of using the shortcode paramater, which will show all events that are expired: https://gist.github.com/joshfeck/8cadf4daa54b9feef721
