Hi There, We have an event at https://qela.com.au/events I have tried the following options: And still we have no luck. |
Hi Josh, Are you running any caching plugins on the site or does your host run server side caching?
Which template folder? Can you confirm which shortcode you have on the /events/ page please? Your currently running 3.1.37.6 Can you update to the latest version of EE3 and confirm if you have the same issue. Also does the same happen whilst you are logged into the site? |
|
Hey Josh, It looks like we can register by visiting the single event page: |

Hi There, Thanks for the replies guys, no there is no caching software on the server. It was working up until 12 hours ago, even a user registered then all of a sudden stopped. We are using the [EVENTS_ESPRESSO] shortcode on the events page itself. I have tried reanming the template folder as well with no luck. |

I’ve just updated to latest version and still no luck. |
What has changed between then and now? Server updates, plugin/theme updates, new plugins, changed page setup?
Adding the event to your session is done via an ajax request so its possible, however it appears to be working correctly. Can you enable WP_DEBUG and see if any errors are being thrown? If you let us know once WP_DEBUG has been enabled we can also run a couple of registrations to see if we catch any errors. |

Nothing has been changed in that time, which is what is so suprising. I have enabled WP_DEBUG. Please let me know as soon as you can as its very late here in AU. |
You can disable WP_Debug now. What type of hosting are you using? Can I take a look within the admin? If so can you send temporary login details using this form: |

Hi Tony, I believe details have been sent, however the form isn’t completing. |

This is hosting is on a VPS with cPanel/WHM |
I just checked and no details have been received. You need to select a member of staff at the beginning and confirm if you have checked if the details work at the bottom of the page before the form will submit. |

Did you get in Tony? |
I’ve been working through your support token and replied via email directly. If you can reply there that would be great 🙂 |
