Hi There,

We have an event at https://qela.com.au/events
Whenever we click add to cart, and then view cart, we get the error message:
It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page after completing your registration or your cart is empty. Please go to the events page and try again.

I have tried the following options:
Renaming Template Folders
Check the Session Folder & is Writable (System Status) confirms this
Deactivated and Activated Force SSL Plugin, Checked with another plugin allow both to be passed as HTTPS
Changed To Default Theme.
We have had one checkout through the event in question, however after this no-one else can register.

And still we have no luck.
You can visit the page here: http://qela.com.au/events.

Hi Josh,

Are you running any caching plugins on the site or does your host run server side caching?

Renaming Template Folders

Which template folder? /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/?

Can you confirm which shortcode you have on the /events/ page please?

Your currently running 3.1.37.6

Can you update to the latest version of EE3 and confirm if you have the same issue.

Also does the same happen whilst you are logged into the site?

Hey Josh,

It looks like we can register by visiting the single event page:
https://qela.com.au/events/?ee=39

Hi There,

Thanks for the replies guys, no there is no caching software on the server. It was working up until 12 hours ago, even a user registered then all of a sudden stopped. We are using the [EVENTS_ESPRESSO] shortcode on the events page itself. I have tried reanming the template folder as well with no luck.
Would there be a javascript reason as to why it’s not working?

I’ve just updated to latest version and still no luck.

It was working up until 12 hours ago

What has changed between then and now?

Server updates, plugin/theme updates, new plugins, changed page setup?

Would there be a javascript reason as to why it’s not working?

Adding the event to your session is done via an ajax request so its possible, however it appears to be working correctly.

Can you enable WP_DEBUG and see if any errors are being thrown?

If you let us know once WP_DEBUG has been enabled we can also run a couple of registrations to see if we catch any errors.

Nothing has been changed in that time, which is what is so suprising. I have enabled WP_DEBUG. Please let me know as soon as you can as its very late here in AU.

You can disable WP_Debug now.

What type of hosting are you using?

Can I take a look within the admin? If so can you send temporary login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

I just checked and no details have been received.

You need to select a member of staff at the beginning and confirm if you have checked if the details work at the bottom of the page before the form will submit.
