I have created some new events that are not showing on the Event List page; we’ve tried many things to find a solution. For each event, only a small square with $0.00 is showing. Previously this worked fine. Here is the link to see the problem: https://noblelearning.com/event-list/
Also on another part of the site, the events are listing but the date is not showing. Here is the url for that: https://noblelearning.com/

Hi there,
Looking at those sections they don’t appear to be from Event Espresso itself, it looks like you’ve had some custom development done at some point, did you previously work with a developer to change specific outputs to how you wanted to display them?
We recently discovered a change in core to how some of our template helper functions load and applied a patch to the latest version of EE4 (v.10.22.p) to fix this so I recommend updating to that version to see if you get the same issue.
If the update isn’t showing on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Make no changes and just hit save to force an update check, the update should then show in Dashboard -> Plugins.
If you still get the same issue we’ll need to investigate the cause further but the output on those pages don’t use the standard EE CSS classes which means it looks like some form of custom template.

Thank you. The Event Espresso displays as part of these pages–has worked consistently for past year and a half. On the custom webpage, there is a place where the plug-in is inserted and when we have events, the registration squares show up. On the Upcoming Pages page, you can see the partial bit of this regiestration–only ” $0.00″ is showing where usually you see the title of the event, etc. We did what you suggested in the previous post and nothing changed. What else can we try? Thank you!

Unfortunately that doesn’t mean much when its custom code, we’d need to see the code itself to know.

I understand and I can see the issues on the site, but those outputs are not the default EE outputs so much be from something custom you’ve had created by a developer? Or another plugin?

Yes. My website hosting company said that an Event Espresso update caused the plug-in to break. The support team was able to update files so that the events are once again showing correctly. Thank you.
