Hi, their event is live as we speak and I need to move about 4 attendees over to a different ticket from the one they are currently in. The ticket I need to change them over to is a ticket that was already active in the system, what is the proper way of doing this in EE4?
Secondly, I need change the answer of two attendees that they have on their registration that they made a mistake on, but I am unable to edit their answers to the questions, these are also custom questions created just to make that known.
Thanks in advance!
Also, as I know this is a wordpress precaution, they want to be able to use multiple logged in managers to check-in the attendees at once, is there any work around or way this can be done so that 2-3 people can check-off attendees on the list without it only allowing one person at a time?
You would need to create a new registration through Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over your event name and click on Registrations.
On the next page click on Add New Registration which appears at the top of the page.
Then you can cancel the existing registration. Repeat this process for each attendee and you can also correct the attendee information while doing this.
Multiple WordPress administrators should be able to check-in attendees at once.
