I installed the Event Importer Add-On and was able to successfully upload a CSV file and import into an event. However, the field mapping step only shows the fields from the Personal Information field group. It does not display the Address Information field group, or any custom groups that I created. The only way to map the fields is to add them to the personal information group. This is not an option for me. Please advise.

Hi there,
You do not need to add your questions to the Personal Information group for them to show on the importer, but you do need to set the question group they are in to be asked on the ‘Primary Registrant’ within the event itself.
The questions within the Personal Information group show up by default simply becuase that group is required by default at least once on the event. If we pulled in every question created within EE by default your mapped question dropdowns could end up huge, so we only pull in questions from groups that are set on the event.

That test group has 3 questions set on it out of the 5 I’ve created on that site:

Now, because I have that question group set on the event I have selected to import the registration onto, the questions from that group show in the dropdowns:
