Hi Team , hope you can help i have a question on functionality with bookings what would be the correct way to achieve a group table booking
or example : package one > 1 table 2,000(currency) with 10 places/seats
package two > 1 table 1,000 with 5 places/seats
package three individual seat
From working with ee booking core in the past im not sure if this is even possible but hoping it is if could shed some light for myself and others im sure this is topic that is useful, maybe table/seat booking in the future as a module may be a viable addon for purchase but a non-visual work around would be appreciated for a client at present looking to purchase a licence.

On Further investigation can you assign a specific group of questions to a particular ticket id, thinking this could be away around booking a package not a clean method but a method.

Hello,
Event Espresso has a minimum and maximum option:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-ticket-bundle/
You could use that to create a quantity for each of the tables
Table A – min / max of 10
Table B – mini / max of 5
and so forth.
If a guest tries to register for Table A, then they’ll only be able to select a quantity of 10 for the entire table.
A set of questions is organized through a question group and question groups are assigned on a per-event basis.
A workaround would be to use the option above + the multiple event registration add-on.
That will let a guest register for a regular event and then the table event at once and different questions can be requested for each.

Thanks Lorenzo , ive used what you have suggested its worked out a bit differently due to what the client wants to do, is there a hook for the additional questions so i can remove them but only for one assigned ticket id.

Hello,
Questions are organized through question groups on a per-event basis.
If you need to request different questions, then you can create a new event and then assign the question groups and then use the multiple event registration add-on to allow a guest to register for multiple events at once.

Thanks for getting back but unfortunately thats not quite what i am trying to achieve , its question groups assigned to all tickets, apart from one ticket which the assigned to all group questions needs removing so nothing appears just ticket info.

Hi,
That isn’t available in Event Espresso as the question groups are assigned on a per-event basis. You are needing to exclude a ticket from a question group which is similar to questions on a per-ticket basis.
