I am getting this message from WordPress. Please advise on how to resolve this.

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 121 of the file /home4/***/public_html/***/wp-content/plugins/eea-wp-user-integration/EED_WP_Users_SPCO.module.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant “EE_FRONT_AJAX” in /home4/***/public_html/***/wp-content/plugins/eea-wp-user-integration/EED_WP_Users_SPCO.module.php:121

I am also getting 27 PHP errors that all reference the core EE or the WP User Integration add-on.They all indicate that EE products are using deprecated syntax.

Hi there,

Looks like your server has been updated to use PHP8 and currently, Event Espresso is not fully compatible with it.

To prevent the above you can switch back to PHP7.4 (the highest version of PHP7 they have installed should work fine), your host will usually have a section in your control panel to select the version of PHP to use on your site.

We’ll be pushing an update for the WP User integration add-on shortly to prevent the above ‘Undefined constant’ errors.
