Hello,

I updated event expresso from 3.1.29.1.P to 3.1.36.5.P
After the update the mobile version of the header menu was disabled
Please see http://toughathlon.ie/ (just make the window smaller)

Also all the old events are gone but when I swich back to v 3.1.29.1.P everything is back to normal.

Also in all the forms the requested fields aren’t working – customers can leave them blank…

Please help

Raf

Hello,

Do you have a backup available?

Also, did you modify any of the template files for Event Espresso with your prior version?

I looked at your page source and the event-espresso folder has a 2 at the end of it which could cause an issue with certain resources not loading.

Hello Rafal,

Please try a reinstall of your software. Begin by backing up your WordPress:

https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

Next, download the latest version of your Event Espresso software from your account:

https://eventespresso.com/users/zaratustra/

Now login to your WordPress admin and go to Plugins. Locate Event Espresso in the list of plugins and deactivate it.

Next login to your WordPress root with an SFTP or FTP client (FileZilla and Cyberduck are free options). Then browse to the WordPress plugins folder: wp-content/plugins

Locate the Event Espresso folder (move both if there are two) and relocate it one level above the WordPress plugins folder and add old to the end of the folder name: wp-content/event-espresso-old (and old-2 if there is an extra folder for the other version)

Return to the Plugins screen in the WordPress admin and click on Add New –> Upload. Then browse to the zip file that you downloaded from your account. Select it and begin the upload process. You can activate Event Espresso after it has finished.

Let us know if this helps.
