When viewing this event, it currently does not have tickets available for sale. On the backend I have the event and ticket created as well as both of them linked. I have checked the advanced settings and they match my previous events but they still are not showing as available for sale.

Hi there,
Within the ‘Event Registration Options’ in the sidebar of the event editor you’ll find the option ‘Display Ticket Selector’, is that set to Yes?
If not set it to Yes and update the event, does the ticket selector show?

Yes, it was already set to “yes”. It’s still not showing tickets available when you go to the site.

Hi Angela,
It looks like only the event description is appearing there which isn’t correct. You should be seeing other information like the ticket (pricing option) selector and the date times.
Could you check that your theme is up to date?
If it is, then try temporarily switching to any other WP theme (Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Fifteen) through Appearance –> Themes. If it does not happen on a default WP theme, then we’ll need a copy of your theme as a zip file.
If this is a free theme that you can download from the WP themes directory, then share the name here and we’ll take a look on one of our testing sites.
Otherwise, please share an up to date version of that theme as a zip file by emailing a copy here:
