Event Espresso phone app not working on iphoneXR

My client is getting an error message when trying to open the phone app on her iphone XR. The message is ‘app needs to be updated by the developer’.
Has anyone seen this? Can it be fixed? Thanks!

Hi,

Can you check to make sure they have version 2.6.5 of the Event Espresso 4 app?
